In floods crisis that made me saw some guys talked telephone. He may be want to called rescue to help him and take him to another place.
I don't want to know he talked with? and i don't know the truth but I really hope that he can pass this crisis.
Yes, from the picture I also wondered how the guy talked on the telephone in the flood. If he wanted to call the rescue team, I hope they were available to answer his call.
